Diana joined our team enthusiastically in April of 2018 and we are glad she did as she has brought a level of interest and enthusiasm to our office that has enhanced all of our initial client interactions.

She has a hospitality background with over seven years of customer service experience and is excited to start a new chapter in the Financial Planning Industry.

She is involved in all aspects of the day-to-day activities including administration, booking all of Betty-Anne's meetings, processing trades and on-going interactions with clients under Jingling’s supervision, as well as coordinating staff events.

She provides diligent support activities for our staff while ensuring smooth workflow, while securing proper documentation, compliance and aims to deliver exemplary client experiences.
